Ultra-pure water system - Mixed Bed System
Mixed is short for ion exchange column, it mixes proportional cation resin and anion resin into exchange column, to exchange and remove the ions in flow. As cation resin's specific gravity is bigger than anion resin's, so inside column cation resin is under anion resin, capacity of cation and anion resin is 1:2 or 1:1.5. Mixed bed system includes inside regeneration and outside regeneration, inside generation mixed bed means generation process happening inside column, cation and anion resin regeneration at same time. So it needs less accessory equipments and operations easily.
Some other advantages are:
(1) Output water quality very good, PH almost neutral.
(2) Output water quality stable, change very little while running conditions change
(3)Only needs few time to get normal output water after a break
