Pressure adjustment, water level adjustment and protection
Deaerator pressure control survey point is lead out by deoxidation tower rotating film skirt room, water temperature survey point
of water tank is lead out under the normal water level of water tank, this is meeting the requirements of system design. Safety valve is installed for high pressure deaerator, water seal is installed for low pressure deaerator, it has the effect of overpressure protection.
Control indication of each water level survey point is shown on liquid level meter balance vessel will show pressure difference signals to feeding water signals and DCS system.

The deaerator also has a funnel-shaped electric emergency drainage system, recirculating spray water supply pipe, high Drain pipes, platoon to steam tubes. In the inlet pipe, high Drain pipes are used in the form of the cylinder wall casing connections to avoid heat stress.
Water outlet also has anti-vortex and anti-debris device to prevent debris into the water pipe. To ensure the safe operation of the equipment, also are provided with a safety valve opening, water level measurements mouth, balanced mouth of the container, pressure transmitter port, remote interface thermal resistance, electric contact level gauge vent.
After deoxidation,amount of dissolved oxygen in water is 3~7PPb,quaranteed value is <7PPb.It reaches and surplus the state's standard requirements reduces corrosion speed of boiler and turbine system.
It's adapted to high dissolved oxygen at entrance. It's adapted to low water temperature at entrance.
