Vapor Compressor (Low temperature rise)
Vapor compressor is mainly composed of a compressor (shell, impeller, seal,etc.), a bearing box, and an electromotor, a coupling and a lubricating oil system. This vapor compressor steam is of a trunk skid-mounted style, fit for transportation and field installation.
Product Features
1. Impellers are forged and shaped by using mould, and materials are of duplex stainless steels, anti-corrosive and abrasion resistant. Through dynamic
balance and overspeed test, the reliability of the impellers is guaranteed.
2. The inside surface of the stainless steel shell is treated through sand blasting, to guarantee the smoothness of the runner.
3. Adopt SKF import rolling bearing; the bearing uses oil bath lubrication.
4. Adopt carbocyclic sealing structure and fix aerating device to guarantee the complete separation of the bearing box from the compressor.
5. Highly automatic, easy in handling, real-time monitoring on parameters of pressure and vibration; realize variable working conditions of the compressor by frequency control, to meet the evaporation demand of the system.
