Given the characteristics of excessive ash and possible erosion on the inner wall of boiler, biomass gasification unit combined with gas turbine is recommanded for power generation with output power of no more than 1.5MW. Customized models are available upon the submission of detailed request.




Fluidized Bed Gasification Units provided by Runh Power enjoy a series of technical advantages over units provided by other manufacturers.

1. Higher efficiency: the gasification efficiecny of the units can easily reach 75 to 75 percent for a wide range of commom biomass material, such as wood tissue, stalk, husk, while fixed bed gasification units normally has the efficiency of around 60 percent.

2.  Wider range of output power: the output power of gasification unit can be adjusted in the range of 30% to 120% of the standard output power.

3. Less heat radiation. the structure of refractory brick prevents massive heat loss, reducing the heat loss to a lower level than other units.

4.Higher dust-collecting efficiency: Runh Power guarantees the dust-collecting efficiency of 90% for particles over 50 microns. (regular updraft gasification units manage to achieve the same dust-collecting efficency for particles over 100 microns )

5. Minimal maintenance requried: major overhaul is not required for the period of 5-year consecutive  operation.
