1. Multi-stage Low Speed Centrifugal Blower
Multi-stage low speed centrifugal blower is mainly consisting of blower unit (impeller, main shaft, shaft sleeve, sealing,
balancing disc, casing and diaphragm), bearing pedestal, motor, coupling, electric motor and so on.
Product Features :
1. High efficient volute: equal outer diameter unsymmetrical high efficient low cost square welding volute is designed by using freemovement velocity method. Numerical simulation analysis, optimization and improvement are carried out by adopting hydrodynamics software to improve the velocity distribution of the flow inside the volute, and reduce flow loss inside the volute, so as to improve equipment efficiency (maximum near 2%);
2. Split bearing pedestal: bearing pedestal and bearing housing are split designed to avoid transferring temperature and vibration of housing to the bearing so as to increase service life. Bearing is equipped with temperature and vibration sensor to monitor bearing operating conditions in real time.
3. Rotor has low vibration, superior characteristics, high safety and reliability with dynamics and lubrication analysis, and after strict and precise dynamic balancing.
4. Low noise technology: pneumatic noise reduction mechanism, prediction and control, which are combined researched by hydro acoustics laboratory of Tsinghua University and our company, can ensure smooth flow, low noise and wide operating range.
5. Horizontal split structure: easy for installation and maintenance, service life of volute is more than 30 years

1. Flue gas desulfurization and denitrification: used in flue gas purification in thermal power plant and heavy industry;
2. Wastewater treatment: used in municipal and industrial wastewater biological treatment blast aeration;
3. Sulfur recovery: used in crude oil and natural gas industrial;
4. Blast furnace and metallurgy: used in metallurgical and petro industries combustion air supply or coke oven gas pressure conveying;
5. Circulating fluidized bed high pressure fluidized air blower, is used to control furnace temperature to avoid overheat of furnace temperature, and resend the material separated by separator to furnace.

Multi-stage high speed centrifugal blower is mainly consisting of blower unit (impeller, main shaft, shaft sleeve, sealing,
balancing disc, casing and diaphragm), bearing pedestal, coupling, oil station and lubrication system, driving equipment. Driving equipment can be divided as gear box + electric motor driving, or turbine driving directly.
Product Features
1. 3D flow impeller: with CFD analysis and test verification, impeller has high efficiency and smooth performance curve;
2. High efficient volute: equal outer diameter unsymmetrical high efficient low cost square welding volute is designed by using free movement velocity method. Single-stage high speed centrifugal blower system comprises main frame system such as blower unit (volute, impeller, seal, inlet vane adjusting system, diffuser adjusting system and etc.), gear box, motor, coupling, lubrication station, and so on, and also comprises auxiliary system such as inlet filter and silencer, inlet soft joint, outlet expansion joint, outlet silencer, outlet electric valve, check valve, vent valve, vent electric valve, local control cabinet, pipe, instruments and etc..
