Type of structure
--DT series desulphurization pumps are single-stage, single-suction,single-casing axial-suction pumps upheld by support or hanging bracket.
--TL series desulphurization pumps adopt the structure of vertical version and single-casing. The lengthening TL series
desulphurization adopt the structure of single volute and meet different work condition with lengthen pipe.
--The series desulphurization pumps all adopt flexible couplings.

Feature of performance and material
--The series desulfurization pumps offer the special features of being high in efficiency, long in service life, reliable in
operation.
--The wet parts are made of chrome-nickel alloy with high abrasive and corrosive resistance.The clearance between cryween crystalline is very small; so the material has the ability of inter crystalline crack resistance under corroded by chlorion and high mechanical strength.
--The series desulfurization pumps can operate reliably lest the liners or nonmetallic pumps appear fragment, avulsion and distortion.
--The hydraulic loss coefficient is small. The hydraulic efficiency of DT series desulfurization pumps is higher 3% than that of other pumps with the same parameters.
--The metal pumps have the feature of being easy in control of dimensions, high in degree of finish,small in fit clearance, high in volumetric efficiency.The comprehensive efficiency of metal is higher 5% than that of nonmetal pumps.
--The wet parts of metal pumps can bear higher shear and sliding wear than that of nonmetal pumps. So the wet parts of metal pumps can support shear wear for long and have long service life.
--The dynamic wearing rate is 0.008~0.08mm per year. Because of high strength, the wet parts can retian steady performance under long-term abrasion.
Type of shaft seal
All the shaft seal abopt mechanical seal. The mechanical seal equipped in our pumps can be divide into two types, with water flushing and without water.
--Shaft seal with water flushing
Double face mechanical scal adopts two sets of friction seal. It can be operated reliably without any leakage.
--Shaft seal without water
Mechanical seal without water flushing flushing have the feature of being reliable in operation, particular in structure and
saving on water.
