The introduction of the ion exchange column
Ion exchange is a kind of equal charge reaction which is the ion in the water to change the ion in the resin.the Ion exchange reaction process can be shown with the H type cation exchange resin HR or OH anion ion exchange resin ROH and Na + and Cl - exchange reaction
process of the water, for example:
HR+Na+ ←→ NaR+H+
ROH+ Cl-←→ RCl+OH-

From above type shows: in the ion exchange reaction, the cationic (as Na + and Cl-) in the water were transferred to the resin, the commutative H + and OH - on the ion exchange resin is transferred into the water. Na+ and Cl - transfer from water to the resin is the process of ion replacement . And the process which the H + and OH - on the resin transferred into the water named free process.Therefore, because the Replacement and free process,Na+ will change with H+ or Cl-will change with OH- this is the ion exchange.
The Anion and cation exchange column is a pressure vessel which inside filled with anion resin or cation resin separately.
The cation exchange column is used for Removing positive charged ions (cation),and the anion resign is for removing the negatively charged ions (anion ion )
Anion and cation exchanger regeneration system include acid and alkali store tank, acid and alkali dissolving and acid and alkali measurement and transmission; Acid and alkali store tank adopts high layout method, which use the alkali pump unload the acid and alkali from the truck into the alkali and acid storage tank; since the high layout method ,acid and alkali will flow to the metering tank by itself because of it's own gravity
