Natural-circulation boiler refers to the type of boiler in which the circulation of water is the result of the difference in density of saturated steam and water.
Compared to Forced Circluation Boiler where circulation is achieved due to the pumping effects, Natural Circulation Boiler has following advantages:
1. Less power consumption : an unit of Natural Circulation Boiler relies soly on the difference of density to keep the water circulating.
2. Less demanding condition of water supply: minerals in water can be drained out thus it is less demanding for the water treatment unit.
