Operation and maintenance condition
Normal maintenance for equipment during shutdown, turning gear for turbine and gas turbine for more than 12 hours, boiler drying maintenance, putting the quicklime into HP and LP drum to ensure internal dry of boiler steaming-water system, air conditioner shall operate for gas turbine control room ensure the constant temperature and humidity, the damp removal heater inside of gas turbine generator is in a state of electric heat.
After dismantled, the unit is stored in Xinhai village which site is ground concrete hardening, details are as follows:
1. Gas turbine generator, turbine, generator, gas turbine turbine and base, protection packing cabinets, 6Kv and 400V motor are covered by tarpaulin, deposited in the outdoor, the damp removal heater inside of gas turbine generator is in a state of electric heat
2. The TCC control rooms, two transformers, auxiliary equipment, boiler module and so on are all in open air;
3. Precision parts, such as turbine proper and rotor is packaged storage with oil and antirust
4. Disassembly parts of gas turbine proper stored in a container to store;
5. Electrical panel and cabinet paper packing after seal packaged;
